01Subscription Summary

yesIhaveone is a monthly subscription service billed at $4.99 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.

02Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your page remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless access is suspended or removed under our Terms.

03First-Payment Refunds

If you contact us within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that first payment in full. This applies to your first yesIhaveone subscription payment only.

04Billing Errors

We refund duplicate charges, incorrect charges, and Stripe or internal billing mistakes in full. Please contact us promptly if you believe a billing error has occurred.

05Service Failures

We will consider a full or partial refund where the service materially failed because of an issue on our side and support could not resolve it promptly.

06Normally Non-Refundable Cases

After the first 14 days, payments are normally non-refundable and cancellation stops future renewals only. Refunds are generally not offered for valid enforcement actions, such as disabling or banning an account for a real Terms breach, unless required by law or a billing error is involved.

07How to Request a Refund

Email billing@yesihaveone.io with the email address on your account, the charge date, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
