01Service

yesIhaveone ("the Service") provides a paid, single-page profile hosting platform at yesihaveone.io. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service is operated under the yesIhaveone trading name. Contact support@yesihaveone.io for service questions, complaints, and account support.

Eligible accounts may receive access to beta features such as Telegram Private Hub. Beta features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn and are not guaranteed to remain available.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

03Accounts

You are responsible for your account and any content you upload. Usernames are permanent once claimed and cannot be changed. Each user may hold one account.

04Subscription & Billing

The Service costs $4.99 per month, billed through Stripe. There is no free trial. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel before your next billing date. By starting checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You can cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your page remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless we suspend or remove access under these terms. If payment fails, a grace period applies before your page goes offline.

05Refunds & Cooling-Off

The Service begins immediately after purchase so you can create and publish your page straight away. We provide full refunds for duplicate or incorrect charges. If you contact billing@yesihaveone.io within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that first payment in full.

After the first 14 days, payments are normally non-refundable and cancellation stops future renewals only. We may provide a full or partial refund if the Service materially failed due to an issue on our side. See the Refund Policy for details.

06Content Policy

You may not upload content that is illegal, involves minors, constitutes harassment, promotes abuse, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates the rights of others. We may use automated and manual moderation tools, remove content, disable public pages, or suspend accounts at our discretion.

If you connect a Telegram community, you must control or be authorized to administer it, comply with Telegram's terms and applicable law, and ensure that your invite, community, and private links follow these terms. Shared invites are not leak-proof. Telegram Private Hub does not process membership payments, store group conversations or media, or replace your responsibility for community moderation.

07Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

08Reports & Enforcement

Public pages may be reported for review. We may investigate reports, retain audit notes for operational safety, and take action on profiles or accounts when needed to protect the Service or other users.

09Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, the Service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, specific business results, or that third-party services will always be available.

10Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
